I am currently in the middle of Spain, traveling to Malaga, to catch a few more heat and light of the sun.
I am admiring the typical hilly and dry red landscape of that area of Spain.
The road signs pointing to the cities of Granada, Cordoba and Sevilla are awakening the colorful music of Isaac Albeniz in my ears.
A little miracle happens when I switch on the radio: a piano is playing a famous piece of another great Spanish composer, Enrique Granados.
Coïncidence or synchronicity? This piece is one of the music partitions I am currently practicing on my guitar.
The pianist is beautifully interpreting the partition, but on a very different way than the way I am learning to play it.
And that is exactly reflecting the magic of life!
Indeed, the partition written by the composer is the same for every musician: same notes, same rythms, same indications of intensity and color at each measure.
So why does it sound differently for each musician who is playing the same piece of music?
Because once the form, ie. the partition, is mastered and complied with, the musician has total freedom to express his/her own sensitivity and emotions.
And since each musician is unique in essence, the piece of music sounds differently for each musician.
Easy, isn’t it?!
That should tell us a lot about freedom!
Most people believe that freedom is being able to do everything according to their own rules.
But that’s just wrong!
The Universe (the Creator) has defined for us a set of principles which form the partition according to which we are supposed to play the song of our life.
It is only when we master and comply with this partition, ie. with these principles, that we become free to express our song on our own way and in harmony with the rest of humanity.
The main purpose of the Master Key Experience is to teach us these principles.
As long as we don’t master them, we only do noise with our instrument, and we contribute to the cacophony of the world.
So, let’s study and practice the MKMMA earnestly, until we master our partition and play the music of our life beautifully!
And let’s using the MKMMA to transform humanity into a great orchestra in which each musician plays his/her partition in harmony with all the others 🙂
HI, thank you for sharing. cannot wait to read week 4
strange as we were in Granada shortly after, just few days with my boys, never went on a trip that far for many tears and it was the best thing we did. The image of chaos and structure is now in my mind mingled with the visualisation of the colours and shapes of that region of Spain, i am obsrving the film and concert of these forces dancing in my head … just observing, no judgement, no interpretation … thank you for this
