In the last sentence of chapter 19 (in 19-29), Haanel wrote one century ago “[…] the day is fast approaching — its dawn is now at hand — when modes of thought and action must be adjusted to rapidly increasing knowledge of the operation of eternal principles.”
That has been true and demonstrated through the fast development of technology during the last 100 years, which has increased the living standards and the life expectancy in most countries of the planet.
But in the area of human behavior, the way we behave, connect and communicate as human beings still needs drastic improvements.
The MKMMA is bringing a huge contribution to allow this adjustment of modes of thought and action in this field of improvement, and I feel very fortunate, priviledged and grateful that I could benefit from its teaching.
I can really measure the positive impact it has on my own behavior, the better way I live my life today compared with just five years ago, and the positive influence I have around me…and I do my best to not allow my ego to take pride of this, but rather to become a better servant in each experience…
The MKMMA program helps all of us to progressively align our thoughts and actions on these eternal principles Haanel is talking about, and to become more conscious of the cosmic laws – the only real laws – which rule our lives.
A few days ago, I had an excellent opportunity to assess the positive impact the MKMMA training has got on me so far…
The circumstances were rather challenging, since I got the most severe car accident I have ever experienced in 40 years of driving…
A 90 years old woman waiting at a stop sign decided to slowly engage in the crossroads while I was arriving at 40 miles/hour…
She just hadn’t seen me : my car was grey, the weather was grey, the road was grey, and her sight wasn’t perfect anymore…
After the facts, I realized that my subconscious mind had taken 100% of all the decisions…confronted to the choice of hitting the car and its driver, or doing a 90° left turn and running off the road, it commanded my arms to make the 90° left turn…
My car finished its race by surfing on a huge rock in the flower bed of a flower shop, but my wife and myself were perfectly safe.
It is from that moment that the dividends of the persistent MKMMA training became obvious:
- yes, our subconscious mind definitely take 100% of the decisions and has the control of our body;
- we were both in a true state of gratitude to be safe and in good shape;
- I had one moment of anger towards the old lady, not because my car was destroyed, but because (I heard my own words as someone else was saying them) I had been so afraid to kill her (notice the aberration of the mind which creates “afterwards” fear and anger for something which obviously did not happen…still some work to do here 🙂 )
- we continued to stay in gratitude for the incredible cascade of positive events which followed: the assistance of the florist, the kindness of the tow truck driver, and the many people who proposed their support from the moment of the event until today, etc.
And the final, most important observation: better to discipline ourselves to earnestly make all the exercises that the MKMMA suggest while everything goes well, so that our subconscious mind is ready to make the right choices when a challenging situation arises…
Let’s be earnest and persistent in our MKMMA exercises, our life may well depend on it!
wow, first of all I’m VERY grateful that everyone involved came out of it fine!
that must have been quite an experience, everything included….
and then it indeed is really an even better eye-opener about the importance of doing this course, and to do the best we can to get this to as much people as possible.
Wow! Great thing your subby was trained well 🙂
Glad you guys are ok! Must have been a wild ride!
One thing is for certain…LIFE keeps coming at you and it’s your job to find the MIRACLES!
I like your statement about training subby for challenges. Even challenges can be welcomed when we get the outcome we are shooing for 🙂
Luc I am eternally grateful that you, your wife and the other driver are perfectly safe, Your experience has opened a door to a next level in this course. You were the miracle for the other driver and she was yours.
