Week 13 is the last week of the first half of the MKE journey, and it is a special week.
First because it is just before Christmas, next because it is the last week where new exercises are added to the progression of exercises built to break and transform the Old Blueprint since Week 1.
The Christmas period is an exciting period of the year for most people, but it is also a dangerous one for all the MKE travelers!
Indeed, there is traditionally no webcast between Christmas and New Year, which means that they are left alone for 2 weeks to keep their new habits (the daily exercises) going…and it is so easy to “temporarily” interrupt a habit when there are so many things requiring our attention during such a busy period!
Another thing which makes Week 13 special is that the student is now in a period of ‘no return’.
I mean by this, if his/her Old Blueprint wins at this stage (eg. “do you see that you have so many more important things to do now for Christmas than to spend time with these silly exercises! Anyway, it doesn’t matter that you don’t continue this year, you will still be able to start again next year!”)
This is an abominable lie from the Old Blueprint, because now that it knows ALL about the exercises, it will be a piece of cake for it to get you off track next year, even long before you reach Week 13!
Hence the fact that Week 13 is really a point of no return: if you decide to abandon your quest at this stage, with the idea that you will start again next year with a “fresh energy”, you have most probably burned all your chances to achieve the MKE one day…
Forewarned is forearmed: watch your step during the Christmas period or all other periods of intense or unusual activity that disrupt your daily routine, because these are times when your MKE Hero’s Journey is in the most exposed to your Old Blueprint!
