Every two weeks, we have our Tribe call.
I love this moment because I can always feel that great spirit which surrounds the MKE.
All members are there to share about their own journey – their victories and their challenges.
But in the same time, they are inhabited by their desire to contribute to the success of their fellow members.
For example, when a member is sharing a current challenge, it’s as all other members have forgotten about their own challenges, and I can see and feel how they are completely focused on helping their fellow Hero to find an issue…They are listening and they are connected to the person sharing.
In that, the Tribe call is a real Mastermind.
And of course, when harmony is present like that, the magic operates.
Everyone but the one who shares forget about their own challenges until their turn comes.
Sometimes, someone having the same challenge as the one who shares, finds a solution, and then it becomes the solution for both members!
Other times, the listeners realize that their own challenges are not as big as they thought, in comparison with the one of their sharing friend.
What is probably the most rewarding of all in the Tribe calls is the true positive atmosphere which fills the call when each one in turn is sharing their greatest victory.
That’s why I always start the Tribe call with the victories!
