I am proud of my tribe! Let me explain.
I missed the time of our weekly tribe call three times in a row – by 30 minutes the two first times, and by two hours the third time – and all my tribe members took charge of the calls by themselves, having great masterminds together!
Of course, as a Blue personality, I felt rather guilty for my inexplicable distractions, but I worked hard to eliminate this negative feeling from my heart…until I discovered the positive aspect of this situation: at each session, all members of the tribe continued to create for themselves very rich and positive masterminds.
This was fantastic because it revealed clearly that each member had reached the status of self-directed thinker, which means A LOT!
Not that they are done with all the efforts to achieve their PPN’s and DMP’s…quite the contrary: they are now in a position to set for themselves very meaningful and ambitious goals requiring all their focus and attention.
Why? Because they manifested their capacity to deal with the unknown and to go on, no matter what.
And this is the exact goal and ambition of the MKMMA program.
Finally, the joy which replaced the guilt when I discovered that my tribe continued to mastermind together in my absence, was the revelation of one of my deepest heart desires in life: to inspire people to become autonomous, self-directed thinkers.
Awesome stuff right there. Thanks for sharing!
